Caritas Care has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead our well-established Supported Living Service following the retirement of our current post holder. We are seeking a person with vision and passion for the delivery of an excellent person-centred service supporting people with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
The post holder will lead and inspire a team to deliver high quality supported living and oversee regulatory compliance to ensure CQC standards and best practices are met. We are seeking a committed and skilled Manager to ensure the people using our service are provided with opportunities to lead a fulfilling life within their home and community.
