It’s almost 3 years since Dobbies Garden Centre began offering work experience opportunities to our VIP project.
Whilst working there our VIP’s have all gained so much confidence through interacting with customers and staff. They have learned to understand the need for stock rotation and why this is important, to follow instructions and most of all have enjoyed working and completing the tasks given to them. One of our young ladies now knows the store layout inside out and can easily sign post customers to exactly the right place!
